run like the wind...or in my case, against it

got done with my morning run a bit ago. it felt horrible the whole time. i didn't think the colorado air would affect me this much after returning from virginia. i thought living here for 17 years (then breaks from college) would help me. apparently not. it felt like i was running against the wind - with none of it entering my lungs.

off to slc (salt lake city, of course) for a wedding. i get to see my bro who moved to la to take up acting. i think he'll do alright. my friend, lauren, leaves the country in a week to do an internship at the american embassy in australia. i get to see her too. her sister, robyn, is getting married. it will be good to see the whole bunch. until later, i'm out.
