friday, saturday, and softball
the end of the week is coming to a close and it is a good feeling. school has been going well for the most part. classes are finishing and it's about to wind down, but there are still weekends.
friday night had some good times. i hung out with david, courtney, mallory, jamie, erica, leslie, pete (good ol' colorado boy), reigen, jay, steve, and turner. putt putt was the game. i learned to never bet division 1 golfers at putt putt. we met some guys that putt putt 5 days a week and used to do it professionally. they still tour. the golf guys have a rule that if any of them go over par, they have to get girls numbers. turner did it with ease. steve humored us doing it. reigen, david, courtney, erica, leslie, and myself went to leslies for me to beat them in wheel of fortune. courtney hates to lose, so i had to help her hating me. then i fell asleep and was apparently snoring and making weird noises.
saturday called for my daily run at 10:30 - 5 hours later than i'm used to. it wasn't the best of runs, but oh well. then off to a great bbq lunch for the spring football game. softball came next. it was a good day for some game watching so it was enjoyable. what was more entertaining though was what happened at the softball game.
julie. 95% of guys at liberty rave about her. she is one of, if not, the most popular girls on campus. i can't deny that she's beautiful, but that's where the rest of the guys stop. i don't know
anything about her. anyway, our friend will is, for a lack of a better word, obssessed about her. so today, our friend martha excitedly tells me and reigen that she wants a picture with us two and julie. ok, odd. she said that she wanted to put a picture on facebook of us three to "rub it in" to will that we met her. fine. so we get our picture taken and chat for 5 or 10. it really was fun meeting her and she's a very nice girl. anyway, we saw will later and told him the story in a nutshell. he freaked.
other than a springfest at liberty and some xbox hockey with reigen, that has been the happenings of late.
